The Biblical Counseling Moment : I Envy Small Church Pastors

I know it sounds crazy! I envy small church pastors even more than large rock star pastors! They are given a unique privilege to get to know people in a different way. I pray this will give thankless pastors some encouragement today!
56% of all churches have less than 100 members!
